What if a Republican governor of a state declares a health emergency, and unilaterally outlaws abortion in that state, where the legislature has not done so by statute? Following your logic, would that also be sound?

In this situation, honestly, I don't think so, but that is what's happening in this country, is that we've got extremists on this question and on reproductive rates, and the issue about the emergency order, the difference here is, I had an 11-year-old that was shot and killed with 17 rounds in a road rage.

I got a call from a surgeon whose husband was killed in the exact same way in Albuquerque. Violence is growing every single investment and strategy, including a bold call to action has failed.

And here, this is about protecting everyone's rights. The Republican governor is about restricting some rights.

And I think we're going to see these challenges across the country, but I'm going to stand up for the children, and I'm going to stand up for public safety in Albuquerque.

Well, that didn't last long, as you can tell by that utterly incoherent answer. I mean, this constitutional insanity shouldn't have lasted a second.

Well, it looks like the new Mexico governor wanted to play dictator has finally buckled just days after a federal judge struck down the New Mexico governor's gun ban is blatantly unconstitutional.

She's officially revoking the order or in the spin that she's going with, they're significantly slimming the order down.

She's scaling it back. She's narrowing the gun ban to the point of total irrelevance. I mean, the simple fact of this, even the gun grabbing advocate, Geraldo Rivera admitted this, no one is going to enforce this order.

This governor, Michelle Grisham, is all alone on the she found herself completely and totally isolated and alien.

I mean, you saw with your own eyes even CNN couldn't spin this in her favor.

The left wing activist disguised as journalists at CNN gave this governor the most sympathetic empathetic softball interview imaginable and even then they were like, yo, gov, what the hell are you doing?
