Summary

Laura continues her interview with Josiah’s warrior mom, Liz Hilderbrand. Two men, James and Donovan Cloud, were arrested and in custody by Monday 10th June for the White Swan Murders which took place on Saturday 8th June 2019. With the discovery of Josiah and John’s skeletal remains, Liz believed charges would follow. That didn’t happen. A plea deal was offered to James and Donovan Cloud. It was taken by Donovan Cloud. 0:09.7	he was promised not to, well he offered it to both defendants actually, but they were promised
0:17.9	not to be prosecuted for the murders of Josiah and John Cleary.

0:37.4	away murder convictions the way the way these deals are supposed to be done is when the offender comes in and is offered a deal
0:46.4	They can be given immunity for the day, but they're supposed to give all the information about all the crimes they committed

0:57.2	committed in a in a spree like this that all should have been included, but instead one guy took the deal and the other guy did not, and yet he still didn't prosecute that other defendant.
1:11.0	And that's what's outrageous here. He could still to this day
1:16.5	forever because it's a murder charge he could still prosecute. This is just not how the
1:22.4	justice system is supposed to work. This is broken.
1:25.0	I just don't understand why anyone looking at their histories of violence,
1:29.0	the brutality, the execution style to these murders, why would we want these individuals
1:37.5	coming out?
1:38.5	They'd already been in prison and were allowed out early.
1:41.3	So they should have been recalled, they should have been in prison and the
