the couch just sort of went flying forward. The two rear wheels left the ground, and the bags that we had strapped behind the couch wound up flying under the couch, which had flown into the air. And then I think Ivan wound up flying over the front, over his pedals. I was holding onto the handlebar, so I kind of held on like I was riding

a Bucky Bronco.

I managed to stay on the bike, but when I came back down on the couch, the couch was a few feet

higher than it was before because I had all our bags stuffed underneath it.
