We will not comply. Gun owners throughout the state of New Mexico are rising up along with patriot sheriffs and telling their pathetic woke governor where she can shove her ban on the second amendment.

We're going to see the incredibly delicious irony of how a governor who sought to ban the second amendment ended up only making it stronger than ever.

We are once again being suppressed by big tech, so I need your help to get the hopeful message of this channel out to as many people as possible.

As many of you know over the weekend, the constitutionally illiterate governor of New Mexico, a woke Democrat by the name of Michelle Grisham, suspended laws that allowed open and concealed carrier firearms and albuquerque for 30 days after declaring a public health emergency.

When confronted with the blatantly unconstitutionality of such a ban, the governor said this.

But your point is that you took an oath to the constitution. Isn't it unconstitutional to say you cannot exercise your carrying license with one exception?

And that is if there's an emergency and I've declared an emergency for a temporary amount of time, I can invoke additional powers.

No constitutional right in my view, including my oath, is intended to be absolute.

There are restrictions on free speech. There are restrictions on my freedoms in this emergency.

This 11 year old and all these parents who have lost all these children, they deserve my attention to have the debate about whether or not in an emergency, we can create a safer environment.

Because what about their constitutional rights? I took an oath to uphold those two and if we ignore this growing problem without being bold, I've said that every other in the Mexican, your rights are subjugated to theirs. And they are not in my view.
