Track the type: bad decision ball-handling breakdown casual pass spacing issue that created pressure Then coach the root with simple cues (two hands on catches, pivot before pressure, dribble with purpose). 3) Paint Touches That Create Advantage Not shots. Not threes. Advantage paint touches. paint touch → kick-out three paint touch → drop-off layup paint touch → foul post touch → collapse → one-more pass This shows whether your offense is functional or just “workout basketball.” These three categories also expose your bench mob.
