introduction in my living room and having missed a deadline is I am passionate about life management.

I know. I know. Wait, Bianca, didn't you miss the intro recording date? I did. But, but thankfully,

able to accommodate my calendar and that's actually the thing that I want to talk about.

Now, it doesn't sound sexy, but let me tell you something.

There is nothing more sexy than organizing your life to accomplish all the things, not just that you want to do, but you believe that the Lord has called you to do.

Clarity in life management produces results that you want to see.

So if you know me, I am passionate about my calendar.

I'm passionate about my green zones of efficiency.

In fact, I walk people on staff or even close friends through the power of managing a calendar.

I lead a leadership cohort at Revere Church.

I'm so honored and so privileged to be able to pour into people who self-identify or want to self-actualize as a leader. And this was the topic that I didn't want to talk about. I didn't think anyone cared about this topic. And yet, as I was putting the content together, I realized this was the content that I was most excited about. Why? Because it has reaped dividends in my life. You don't have to be smart. You don't

have to have favor. You don't have to have Riz or charisma in order to organize your calendar. And when you

organize your calendar, it really demonstrates the things that you value. So yes, we're talking about

life management, but this is values alignment. This was a game changer in my leadership in my life, and I love this podcast community so much

that as we prepared to end the year, because remember how you end is how you start, as we

prepared to end this year, I want us to do honest evaluations about who we are, how we're

leading, and ways that maybe we have fallen short or areas that we can grow.
