1:30.5	shelter, called the D.C. General Family Shelter. But this was no place to raise a child. It was
1:37.4	dirty and filled with bedbugs. The rooms and hallways were lined with drug addicts, vagrants,
1:43.6	and drifters who were down on their luck.
1:46.8	And for the children who lived there, there wasn't even a place for them to play.
