0:07.8	29-year-old Travis Ranking was sitting inside his beige Chevy Silverado in the parking lot
0:14.5	of a waffle house.
0:16.6	The restaurant was located in the Antioch neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee.
0:22.8	Travis watched as hungry patrons entered the restaurant, and others stood outside talking.
0:29.4	Ranking beside him in the passenger seat was a loaded AR-15 rifle.
0:35.4	At 3.25am, Travis exited his vehicle, gun in hand, wearing nothing but a jacket.
0:43.4	He raised his gun and opened fire on the waffle house.
