1:11.4	probably. If you're looking at the average house price in a neighborhood, it
1:14.3	used to me you have to pay a little bit more than that to get a nicer house, right?
1:16.9	To get a house that you really don't have to fix up as much.
1:20.3	Seven hundred thousand. Not bad, right? It's easy money. I live in New York now.
