choice as far as an investment vehicle is concerned, I'd have to say that self-storage would come

in a very close second, probably actually in a tie with multifamily and then followed up by

senior living and parking lots. Those are all my favorite asset classes today. So my goal during our time today

with Rick will not only be to better understand what makes self-storage a great asset class,
