Kind of interesting, especially towards the end of last quarter.

A lot of ups and downs, 100 points moves here and there.

So Mark's gonna crash, comes back right away, watching

C and B.C. everybody going,

I don't know, I can't even watch the N. It's tough. watching see and b c and b c and b c and b c and m b c and m b c and just i think they might have a thousand people on there just you know so many different opinions

but yeah you gotta buy right now it's going a lot higher.

We're done, you know, it's a summertime.

I mean, it's just difficult markets right now.

For me, I gave you my opinion, listen we're up a lot,

the last two quarters and I just think we're gonna pull back a little bit

before resuming higher and so far you know I've been pretty right on that a

little early on my call for the markets come down but we're doing okay
