This is not your regular Trawl. Jemma and Marina have been consumed by the horrors unfolding in Gaza, and felt compelled to talk it through.
They discuss that horrifying flame-engulfed image that emerged after a hospital tent in Gaza was bombed by Israel - an image that may well become the defining image for this indelible stain in the story of humanity.
His name was Shaban Ahmed Al-Dalu, and like the thousands and thousands of other innocent men, women and children caught up in this barbaric conflict, he deserved to live.
Marina and Jemma discuss the failure of humanity to put a stop to this, the absence of grief from our news channels and politicians and the press coverage we're seeing that exposes the differing values placed on some lives versus others.
They discuss the Labour leadership stance - or rather, their deafening lack of one, the reason so many are too afraid to speak out and why we must never forget the needless lives lost in the pursuit of revenge that will only breed more hatred and violence.

0:00.0 | The international community has given the greenest of green lights to the Israeli army to do what it wants. |
0:05.6 | And that means the freedom to commit war crimes. |
0:12.6 | Hello and welcome to the troll where we scroll through social media so you don't have to. |
0:17.3 | I'm Marina Perkis. And I'm Gemma Forte. And this is not your normal troll. So in the past, |
0:23.2 | we have spoken about Palestine within various episodes. And some of you have said, do you know what? |
0:28.8 | That's not why I come to the troll. That's not really why I like it. I like the escapism aspect. |
0:34.7 | I like the humor, etc. So Marina and I want to talk about Palestine today. So |
0:39.7 | if you think, I haven't got the capacity of the bandwidth for that today, then I would not bother |
0:45.8 | listening. I would put this one on ice and come back because we're going to record other episodes. |
0:51.5 | I don't think other podcasters do this and tell you not to listen, but we know |
0:55.1 | what you're like trawlers. We know, and if you can stick with it, because I know so many of you will be feeling the same way as us, then do. And if you don't, you know, you're going to stick around for the lighter stuff, then we've got episodes coming your way. Don't worry about that. Yeah, plenty, lots, lots of content this week. So normal trawl business will resume. |
1:12.6 | But we also think there would be a lot of you who would be really upset if we didn't talk about |
1:18.3 | what's happened this week. It would be weird. It would be, I think it's got to the point where it would be immoral. |
1:25.4 | So let's start with a tweet, which I think in the fullness |
1:31.6 | of time, what we're about to discuss is going to become a symbol of this particular war, |
1:38.7 | whatever you want to call it. But I think that this incident will symbolize the violence, |
1:43.8 | the grotesqueness of what is happening |
1:45.8 | in the Middle East. So somebody called Muhammad at Marg Bar, America said he was studying |
1:51.7 | software engineering from a tent, still living for the next day. It would be a disservice to |
1:58.3 | their life to only remember them engulfed in flames, learn their names and their |
2:03.3 | stories. And if you've been anywhere near social media, you will know exactly what we're talking about. |
2:09.6 | It's the person engulfed in flames. And we now have learnt that that was 19-year-old Shaban Ahmed al-Daloo. And I think that's how you pronounce his name. |
