Summary
Due to the 50-50 split in the United States Senate, the fate of all critical legislation and of the Biden Presidency itself, lays in the hands of West Virginia's conservative Democratic Senator Joe Manchin. And Senator Manchin has made it very clear that he intends to use this power for all it is worth. Fine! Good! In this episode of Rumble, Michael Moore encourages Senator Manchin to go ahead and use that power, but do so for the good of the people of West Virginia. Bring home the bacon! High-speed internet! More funding for research at West Virginia University! Help for those suffering from opioid addiction! Job training and jobs for former coal workers!
Michael also shares his love and appreciation for the state and its people. West Virginia has a rich history militant union action. The state also happens to be very poor. There are so many good, helpful things that Senator Manchin can deliver to the state of West Virginia if he wants to use his power wisely. Hasn’t anyone from the White House called Manchin and simply said, “just tell us what you want— and it’s yours!”
Call Senator Manchin's office and encourage him to give Biden the votes he needs - but do it in return for getting a bunch of good stuff for the people of West Virginia!
