David, did you see DeSantis campaign has been slapped with an audit threat by the FEC 49 pages. Credit, Laura Lumer, I did not.

It's just the latest headache for DeSantis.

I don't know what to say. I just don't see, I mean, I don't know anything about that particularly, but I just don't see any coherent viable path for DeSantis to this nomination.

I just don't understand it. I don't understand how so many in the daily wire are cheerleading this. I don't get it.

In the end, DeSantis is rooting for the indictments. It is very clear. I mean, everyone, you know, Mike Pence, Chris Christie, everyone except for Vivek, everyone's rooting for these indictments, which means that they are effectively aligned with Pelosi and Schumer.

And you cannot align yourself with Pelosi and Schumer and expect to get Maga support. Maga is now officially over 50% of the party.

So I just don't there's DeSantis is just there's no viable path to this nominee. I guess they they keep telling them don't worry. We're going to take Trump out, but every indictment Trump gets stronger.

And as long as he's over the certain age limit and as long as he's United States citizen and what are the there's like three requirements to becoming president as long as he's constitutionally qualified to be president, he can be sitting in a jail cell we can vote for.

And as a matter of fact, given the way Trump is such a genius with marketing and sitting in a jail cell may give him a landslide. We've had that we've had several several lawmakers, politicians in the past sitting in jail and winning election again at the local level.
