1:18.2	And those things that we will start off with right away is an analysis of the difference between intelligence and wisdom. Now, you hear this all the time,
1:23.5	don't you? You hear people, oh, she's so intelligent or, you know, somebody else, you know,
1:30.6	people use those terms interchangeably. Oh, he's a very wise person, but they're not interchangeable
1:37.6	at all. They could hardly be more different. It's as if one is cheese and the other is carrots. They're not even in the same
1:48.8	food group. Intelligence and wisdom. So think about that for just a second. How would you explain
1:56.8	intelligence and wisdom? Let me try. The generally accepted measure of intelligence is what we
2:04.6	call IQ. And there is a standardized test or a standardized system of testing. And, you know,
2:13.8	average the median there is, is about, and really, really, really high intelligence
2:21.5	people are 150, and people who are sort of below, at the borderline of functionality in a modern
2:29.1	economy, you know, maybe 70 or something like that.
2:32.9	That's the IQ.
2:33.9	Now, I should indicate that it's been made very controversial for about the last 20 years since about 2000.
2:46.7	And that's because the soft social sciences, like psychology, for instance, and those kinds of areas, they've been badly corrupted by progressivist thinking.
