Peter Church House came in one of the big shots in China.

He is a real great guy.

If I had to describe him, I might want to say he's like a Jim Kramer of China, but he's like the

go-to guy for institutions when they really want to get the full story on what's going on in the

property markets. He's worked for Morgan Stanley for a number of years,

been in the market for 20, 30 years.
