0:13.4	The gunman, we don't mention the name of mass shooters on this show, but the gunman had been committed to a mental hospital after hearing voices, apparently.
0:22.1	And then he was said for a, so once again, we have a situation with a mass shooting where presumably law-abiding gun owners
0:26.2	will now be blamed. There will be an attempt, widespread attempt by members of the media,
0:29.5	by members of our political class to take guns away from the law abiding because they didn't
0:33.7	take a gun away from somebody who literally was not supposed to have a gun.
0:41.2	Apparently, according to the UK Daily Mail, this person grappled with mental health issues,
0:45.9	recently reported hearing voices and threatening to shoot up the military base where he served. He was committed to a mental health facility over the summer for a couple of weeks.
0:50.3	He also had a criminal background check in 2007.
0:53.6	In 2007, he was charged with a misdemeanor offense for DUI.
0:56.5	He was found guilty of that as well.
0:59.4	He was forced to pay a $500 fine.
1:01.2	He spent 48 hours in a cell.
1:04.0	It is not clear where exactly he is politically at this point.
1:10.1	I mean, people are going to try and link it to his politics
1:12.4	because in March he liked a social media post from Donald Trump Jr. And he posted some memes
1:18.9	from March talking about how the, how gun ownership was not the problem. He liked to post
1:24.4	by Dinesh Densh D'Souza at one point that talked about how banning assault weapons was a bad idea.
1:28.5	This obviously was a person with mental illness.
1:31.5	And I'm not saying that because it serves a particular agenda, but just because that happens to be the fact.
