Summary

0:08.0	Jamie is currently pregnant and picking up our daughter, but I wanted to make this intro pretty quick because we have a super exciting episode today.
0:18.8	Something that's been on Jamie's mind for a while and something that she brought up to me, which was the impact of synthetic dye, which could be found in food, clothing, markers, cosmetics, and the impact that has had on children. Now, Jamie has been

0:43.6	And I never really looked into it, not like I didn't pay attention to it,
0:48.9	or I think it was just almost like a conspiracy but I just dismissed it because I've never met
0:56.8	anyone or known anyone that was allergic or had a reaction to synthetic dye. Even growing up, I don't remember in
1:07.1	grade school anybody even having a peanut allergy or an egg allergy. I'm 41
1:12.2	so I don't know if I'm alone in this but you know the
1:16.1	allergies and allergic reactions weren't really a thing until really I got
1:21.5	until I graduated from college and some of my friends started having kids and allergies sort of came up.
1:28.0	It was never really a thing that was in our family.
1:31.0	My brother has asthma, but that's not really an allergic
1:34.8	reaction to things. None of us are allergic. I don't think Jamie's allergic to
1:38.9	anything but she does have a sensitivity to gluten and I don't think well wheat is gluten but that was
1:46.8	really the extent of it I don't believe our kids have any allergies they're not
1:50.6	allergic to penicillin or anything so I am super excited because we have
1:54.9	Whitney and Brandon Kowood on which I have a full conversation with they are
