Now yesterday we talked about the barbarous inhuman law that was just passed by the New

York State Legislature, which makes abortion legal through every stage of pregnancy. I explained

yesterday how this law indeed will give women the ability, the power to get an abortion

at any time, at any point, in their pregnancy, up till birth for any reason. Now, the language

of the law does stipulate that late term abortions are reserved for women who have health concerns

or in order to protect a woman's mother's health. But that language is so intentionally
