The timing of this indictment was coordinated to take the heat off Biden.

This is the third time this has happened. You ready? On March 17th, Hunter admitted the laptop was his, and on the very next day Trump received word Alvin Bragg was inditing him in New York.

On June 8th, an FBI document broke that Ukraine paid Biden a $5 million bribe, and the next day on June 9th, Biden's DOJ indicts Trump on the Mar-a-Lago documents.

Yesterday, July 31st, a Biden insider told Congress that Biden spoke with Hunter Biden's business partners dozens of times, and Hunter was paid handsomely to get his dad to fire the prosecutor in Ukraine.

And then today, August 1st, Biden's Justice Department indicts Trump on January 6th charges.

So they've officially jumped the shark, the desperate Dems watching Biden's poll numbers implode his reelection chances falling faster than he falls from a bike.

These pathetic desperate Dems have decided to burn it all down. They're going full, George Floyd here. They are burning the whole system down.

As I'm sure you all know, by now, President Trump has once again been indicted this time for his alleged role in J6, a charge ironically.

He was already acquitted of by the United States Senate, but in an era of partisan law fair, where political persecution vols weaponizing the law against your political opponents, you know, the very tactics they employ and third world banana republics were so far above.

That apparently no longer matters. He's been indicted on four charges, conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of an attempt to obstruct an official proceeding and conspiracy against rights, which involves acts that seek to prevent others from exercising their constitutional rights.

But here, look, let me spell this out for you precisely just what's happening here. Okay, both Jesse Waters and Great Price have done a great job with all this. Here's all you need to know.

June 7th FBI releases documents to Congress, alleging the Biden's took a $10 million bride from Burisma. The very next day, June 8th, Jack Smith indicts Trump in a Mar-a-Lago docs case.

July 26th, Hunter Biden goes to court and sees a sweetheart plea deal collapse after was revealed the DOJ tried to give him blanket immunity from future prosecutions. The very following day July 27th, Jack Smith adds more charges against Trump in the Mar-a-Lago case.

July 31st, Hunter Biden's former business partner, Devon Archer gives devastating testimony to Congress about Joe Biden on over 20 calls with his son's business partners and that the Burisma executives pressured them to fire a prosecutor.

The very next day August 1st, Jack Smith indicts Trump again now for January 6th. That's all you need to know.

That's literally all you need to know with all of this. This is pure weaponized legalism. Vladimir Putin would blush over how utterly brazen this political persecution is.

I mean, that's how my namesake Jonathan Turley sees it. Special counsel Jack Smith just issued the first criminal indictment of alleged disinformation. If you take a red pen to all of the material presumptively protected by the First Amendment, you could reduce much of the indictment to a high coup.

He went on. The press conference held by Smith only deepened the unease for some of us. Smith railed against January 6th right and made it sound like he was indigning Trump on incitement. He didn't.
