Summary

Start Your Transformation Now This week’s interview is colorful for sure. My guest is comedian Annie Lederman. Being upfront, she does not particularly censor herself so there may be an F-Bomb or two or three. And, that’s fine with me as I want people to be exactly who they are and want to be. As in all interviews we talked about a lot of things and in particular, we talked about four main topics. How Annie was said she was “Afraid to put myself out” in terms of self-promotion. How despite being a comedian/entertainer she was nervous and afraid of what people would think of her. She talks about how she’d obsess about what audience members might be thinking about her and her show. How she felt “not good enough.” And finally, how she used to be so driven by “external validation and what others thought about her and her show. As you’ll hear she experienced an assortment of self-sabotaging feelings and today she enjoys being on large shows, promoting herself, and sharing her art with the world. And, then of course all the accompanying feelings and behaviors with being extremely passionate about her work, sharing it with everyone, and how she now approaches her work…which was transformational for her. There’s something here for everyone as she covers many facets of thinking that all of us wrestle with at some time or another in life.
