Our guest for this week’s show is founder and managing partner of DJE Texas management Group, Devin Elder
Devin is a real estate entrepreneur based in San Antonio, Texas. He started his career renovating single family properties, and has since moved over into the multifamily space. Since 2012 he has completed over 100 real estate investment projects and currently owns 660 multifamily doors.
In today’s show, we pull back the layers of Devin’s business and take look at the mechanics of how he’s been able to build such a significant multifamily business in only a few short years. In addition, we’re going to dig deep into the capital raising side of his business to see how he’s been able to fund his substantial growth over the last few years.
