We do need to think a little bit more deeply about in vitro fertilization.

This is an issue that the president campaigned on, and it was one that the left said he's going to try to outlaw IVF.

And of course, that's not at all the case.

And he actually put out in the executive order.

I actually have the executive order in front of me because I think a lot has been made of this executive order. Let me just read one line that kind of goes along to what you just said, Joseph, but I think it's

actually encouraging.

Again, we know that who's in office matters a great deal.

He said that my administration recognizes the importance of family formation. And as a nation, our public policy must

make it easier for loving and longing mothers and fathers to have children.

Journal of the American Medical Association, or JAMA, there were over 22,000 excess births in 14 states

where pro-life laws were put into place. Now, what is an excess birth? Well, that's 22,000 babies

who were born, who otherwise would not have been aborn if

Roe versus Wade had not been overturned.

So that means 22,000 more babies lived.

And that's, of course, good news.

But not all the news is encouraging because, in fact, in 2023, which is the first full year after Roe v. Wade was overturned,
