All right, everybody. Welcome to a, I wouldn't call it a special episode of the

0:06.9

Airkanders Lang show, but it's an urgent episode. We're gonna do a conversation today and you know I think that you know I don't have any real

0:18.4

scripted remarks about what I want to say before I introduce you to my guest, our guest, Matthew

0:26.7

Canard, who describes himself as a mediocre golfer unless money is on the line

0:31.7

and he's an executive involved with educational

0:37.4

technology company which I think is actually very appropriate for why he's a guest today.

1:46.6

a lot of the time usually on work and so that's our pathway that's our highway and

1:52.4

we don't really look to the side and maybe on the side of that road is a

1:57.6

you know a homeless encampment you don't notice it maybe on the side of the road is a hospice where people are dying and

2:05.3

you don't notice it and some people in the world spend every day of their lives

2:09.5

on those lines. Doctors, nurses, therapists, activists, philanthropists, and I'm a little, you know, I'm probably

2:21.4

one of the people that just drives and maybe even drives faster.

2:25.0
