My background, I did run for Congress

as a Libertarian candidate here in North San Diego County, I also ran for the State Assembly in

California. Learning experience but very hard to make any headway against the

political and media might of the Republicans in Dims.

So hard to feel rewarded by doing it, but it was educational for me. My work background has been an

investment advisor and investor in first mortgages for 35 years. I'm very knowledgeable in real estate and I follow the economy closely.
