your host Monica Tanki. Right off the bat, I'm going to apologize

because I, if you can't already tell, am quite stuffy.

I am getting over being sick and having, I don't even know what I have,

if it's the flu or cold or what, but I've been, I don't have a fever anymore,

I think, a nist, but still super congested and I've been coughing

and blood in my nose nonstop.

So, I apologize for sounding so sick, but I really wanted to record this podcast
