Hi everybody, Tom Woods here delighted to be joined today by Kevin Kylie, who serves

in the California State Assembly and who with his colleague James Gallagher has become

known for his successful challenge of Governor Newsom in court with regard to the governor's

broad use of executive powers under cover of an emergency and the eclipse of the legislature.

So we have plenty to talk about here and I couldn't be happier to have him on.

Let me just say very quickly a reminder, a programming note, remember in December I have
