Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, and I know a lot of you're pretty anxious about the economy, and rightly so.

I mean, you may have seen that the national debt's just topped $32 trillion, and this comes along with recent rate hikes from the Fed, and news that wage growth is not outpacing inflation.

Of course, we've got the R word being used more and more recession.

So welcome to the wonderful world of binonomics, but my guest today, he not only offers keen insights into what's really going on in the economy, he's also a master at teaching others how to financially flourish in the midst of all of this insanity.

I'm joined once again by Scott Scheele, author, film producer, Fox Business Contributor, two time congressional businessman of the year, and of course the founder of Commercial Academy, one of the top commercial real estate training programs in the nation.

Scott, welcome back, my friend. It's great to see you again.

Dr. Steve, it's so good to see you, sir. Thank you for having me. It's an honor and a privilege to be here with you and to get the opportunity to speak with the folks that you attract.

They are the core foundation of our nation, and you know, it always makes me so sad when people begin to doubt who we are.

The rumors of our demise are greatly exaggerated. I hope to speak to that to give people confidence that you are forced to live in the times in which you are born.

God doesn't make mistakes that way. So these are things that we can all handle if we can tune out all of the distraction, all of the, let's call it the white noise and the interference that's going on, which can come from spirit.

Which can come from spiritual forces. They can come from the physical embodiment that is the mouthpiece of those spiritual forces that are trying to cloud our judgment.

I want everybody to know that they can flourish in these times. They can be confident. They can live a wonderful life.

And they can look back on so many of those turbulent events that we've already lived through that were supposed to be our undoing historically going back 50, 60, 70 years with the racial strife.

That had gone on. And, you know, the civil rights movement of the late 60s and the wars that were going on and, you know, outrageous inflations of the 70s and energy crises and, you know, the demise of the United States at the end of the 70s going into the 80s when we were resurrected to a certain degree by a wonderful leadership that told us that we really were unique and special in the world.

Those are the things that I think people don't necessarily correlate to their day-to-day financial wealth and well-being.

And so we try to warn people of what's coming so they can protect themselves and race against what's coming.

But now that it's here, I think our ability to go ahead and persevere through the storm is the most important part of what I hope people will take away from our time together today.
