0:36.4	Last week, we mentioned that Donovan Holt was set to be arraigned on Wednesday, October 23rd.
0:42.6	This was incredibly disappointing because he was facing charges of reckless homicide for the
0:48.7	death of his wife, April Holt. And we don't think that's an appropriate charge. In the summer of 2024,
0:56.0	Donovan admitted that he accidentally killed April while choking her during sex.
1:02.0	But if you listen to the last episode, we gave a ton of evidence that will make you question
1:08.0	Donovan's story. We, along with countless others,
1:11.6	believe that April Holt's death was no accident.
1:15.1	So we called on everyone listening to sign our petition
1:18.6	to try and get Donovan Holt's charges increased.
1:21.9	Now since the last episode aired,
1:24.3	Donovan's arraignment was actually rescheduled. It's now scheduled for mid-November,
1:29.3	24. So if you're listening before that date, that means you still have time to make a difference here.
