Yeah, I mean, what happens, so I go to bed early because I wake up early, which I think is something that David Gaggins and, I think most successful people do.

Spoiler alert here. David Gaggans book is what we're doing. Can't hurt me. And I think he would, I think he'd be proud of the getting up early thing. But, so I go through stages when I'm really tired.

And one of the stages is like a lot of energy and then it's a crash.

So we just got to get through this before the crash comes.

So there's two books you can pick up, there is the Clean Edition, which is in our Link Tree, and there is the original

edition. So it depends, you know, what you're okay with, right? So I strongly recommend

either one. I know for me, you know, I sometimes like hearing the raw and the unedited. And

there's other times I'm kind of like, you know, I kind of, I don't know if I need this
