We just got done with Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy's end-of-the-season press conference,

eight days after the end of the season.

A lot has happened between the Cody Parky double doink and today.

Bears have a new defensive coordinator. Their kicker went on the Today Show and apparently pissed off his head coach.

But the first thing I want to start off with today from

Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy is that neither Pace nor Nagy was willing to shut the door on Kareem Hunt

and the possibility that he would wind up in Chicago. Now, there are some details to this

that kind of go beyond what Pace and Nagy had to say today.

The first being Kareem Hunt is currently on the exempt list.

The commissioner is exempt list.

He will be until he is eventually suspended by the NFL.

Depending on who you read, who you talk to, that could be a six-game suspension.

It could potentially be more.

After he was filmed shoving and kicking a woman outside of his apartment in Cleveland,

the video was published by TMZ. He was released by the Kansas City Chief shortly thereafter.

And, I mean, look, he's a guy who also has an incident where he allegedly punched a man from another off-season incident. So he's got quite a bit of baggage. That being said,

he did lead the NFL with 1,327 rushing yards while Matt Nagy was the chief's offensive coordinator

in 2017. He and Mitch

Trubisky know each other. They played against each other in the suburbs of Cleveland growing up.

He's a guy who would fit any offense, but has, again, that off-field baggage. And it's not,
