Scattered, smothered, covered, chunked, diced, peppered, capped, topped, and country.

If you are in a certain area of America, you may very well know what I'm talking about.

I'm talking about Waffle House and their freaking hash browns, which are delicious.

I get them, scattered, smothered, and covered.

Do we have the menu? Look at this.

What do these mean? Scattered means they break them up into a plate instead of having them in a little circle.

Smothered with sautéed onions, love that, covered with melted cheese, yes, scattered, smothered, covered.

That's the stew combination. Chunked, you can get ham in there, diced, grilled tomatoes.

I'd go diced every once in a while.

Peppered with spicy jalapeno peppers might try that too.

Capped with mushrooms. I hate mushrooms.
