And I honestly, I'm sorry to sound like a worrisome fart, but just please be careful you guys because when you're

tired at to the end of the year you're stressed you say things you don't mean and

you make mistakes I'm serious so you don't mean and you make mistakes. I'm serious so I don't know why I just

felt compelled to say that to you today. Maybe because I fucked up the timing on my recording or

whatever but it's just like at the end of the, we're just a little bit raw.

And, you know, maybe you're at home, you're cooking,

your mom says something, you turn around,

and you're like, fuck you mom, whatever,

just take a beat and be kind to yourself and that's why I always say do your non-negotiables

take care of yourself fill up your cup first

otherwise all of a sudden you're in your hometown bar

throwing a wedge of napkins at your ex who you hate from high school and then the next day you're like why did I do that?

Because you're tired because you're fucking exhausted and that's just what happened so please be careful I'm sorry I even

have to say it because I'm just like whatever just be extra careful crossing the

road be extra careful in your workouts. Just be extra careful. Just this just we're all a little

bit afraid. So I love you guys. Oh my God, wait this is some tea. This guy that I used to date we're kind of becoming friends now we

didn't date seriously but like he's he was like do you want to hear my theory

on why we didn't work and he just sent me like a paragraph of a text whoa whoa should
