Summary

Mt Kilimanjaro is Africa’s highest peak extending 19,341 ft above sea level. As the tallest free-standing mountain in the world, it’s made up of 3 volcanic cones, the highest being Kibo which is currently dormant. Although Kibo hasn’t erupted in 360,000 years, there’s always a chance it could do so again someday. On today’s show, Jeff Timmons talks about his ascent of Mt Kilimanjaro and his unique way of funding his amazing adventure.
