Summary

Feeling lost or overwhelmed as the new year approaches? Discover how choosing a "Word for the Year" can provide clarity, direction, and intention for your life. Friends, I’m back with our annual word for the year episode. My heart is to guide you through the process so that you can discover your own word, which I believe will benefit your personal and spiritual growth.  The 5 Steps to discovering your word are: Evaluate: Reflect on the past year, identify areas for growth, and cultivate gratitude. Think: Connect with your feelings and emotions through meditation, prayer, or silence. Create a List: Write down 10 words, images, or feelings that resonate with your vision for the year. Refine: Highlight the words that stand out and evoke strong emotions. Decide: Commit to your chosen word and use it as an anchor throughout the year. I believe that if you invest time in this transformative exercise, your word will be a tool for setting intentions, finding direction, and aligning your life with your deepest values and aspirations.  This is a personal journey. Take the time to reflect, feel, and choose a word that will empower and inspire you in the coming year. And don’t forget to share your word with me on social media by tagging me @biancajuarezofficial. I’m grateful for you and wish you a blessed new year! is how you will begin?

When I think about the end of the year, I want to ensure that I'm setting myself up for a

the year. This is something that I've been practicing, well, quite honestly, I think for about

10 years. And apparently, even though I've spoken about it on
