We've all seen a lot of videos of flagrant, rampant fraud in the past few months concentrated in Minnesota and California.

Nick Shirley in particular discovered Somali daycares that didn't have any children, home hospices without any patients, and of course quality learning centers without the letter N.

But the following footage, which was shot by the DailyWire's Luke Rosiak and his team,

is maybe the single most revealing video that I've seen on this topic. It's part of a Daily Wire

Investigative series called Medicaid Millionaires, which is rolling out every day this week

on the website. A lot of footage hasn't been released yet, but this particular clip is very important.

And I'll give you the context in a moment,

but for now, just watch this conversation between Roziac and the son of the owner of an alleged

home health care business that bills Medicaid. This is one of many, many businesses owned by

people who aren't American that makes a lot of money from your taxes.

And Roziak wants to learn more about the business, why it exists, how it operates.

In the Cordoba office building at 1425 East Dublin Grandville Road, we finally located a business suite with somebody

in it, G.C. Home Health Care LLC. Asked how he recruits employees. He said employees and patients

come as a package. 70% of the employees are just being paid to spend time with their own

family members. The patients, like they have someone in their family that has, you know, the qualifications

to be an aide, and CVR and everything.

So they just come together and they say, yeah, well, I got approval for my doctor.

After getting a note from the doctor, vouching for the elders' need for personal services. The family member of an elderly person isn't set up to bill Medicaid, so a company stands in the middle. I mean, we're just taking a small cut because, you know, they pay us, and then we pay them, and they're hours. He said the number of hours depends on a doctor's recommendation, but it's often an hour a day. Like, do you expect them to take time off of work just to take care of the roads? I mean, there has to be some sort of benefit. I asked him why people wouldn't simply help their aging parents with basic tasks out of human decency. Well, the government is going to pay you to do it. I mean, people see that as through projects, so, you know, they jump on in.

Do you expect them to just take time off work just to take care of their family? I mean, there has to be some sort of benefit.

In other words, you can't seriously expect somebody to miss an hour of work to check in on their elderly mother or father, can you?
