kids. There are many viruses around, RSV, COVID, influenza, perinfluenza, entrovirus, adenovirus.

In Canada, we've seen an early RSV surge in the

zero to five-year-old age group especially, so lots more bronchialitis. Influenza A is far above

expected levels as well, generally the five to 11-year-old age group. So this is a perfect time to brush up on our approach to the child with acute respiratory

illness and in particular, the evidence-based management of bronchialitis.
