You know why do people continue to fight the Fed?

I have to say in the end of 2008 I was basically hiding under my desk and people forget how terrible it was back then.

And I was in 70% cash because I was kind of lucky.

Just happened to talk to the right person at the right time.

Her name was Ivy Zellman.

I view was ranked one of the best housing analysts for, I believe it was like seven years straight.

She's working for Credit Suisse at the time.

Now she owns her own shop.

And she was calling for a crash in 2006 and 2007 in housing.

And she was notably bullish all the way up when the market

did fantastic for what was it you know in 2002 at the rate to 2006 and she was calling for that crash.

It was about the same time that you had Chinos, Cornwall, Capples, Sion.

You know, they were taking short positions, probably because they read her research.

I'm not kidding there.
