don't have to. I'm Gemma Forte. And I'm Marina Perkis and this week amid all the chaos and the fact

that Twitter or X is now a horrible cesspit of trolls and racists and nudes in bio sex bots.

I got an awful lot out of trolling this week actually

because I learnt something quite incredible that I didn't know before.

And it's made me feel really good about myself

because I learnt that I could be an Olympian

or, more specifically, an Australian breakdancing Olympian.

And I reckon you could too. You could too, Gemma.

Yes, indeed. And in fact, my 17-year-old son sometimes attempts a bit of break dancing.

He sort of gets on the floor in the kitchen,

sort of in the way, really, when I'm trying to get to the fridge or something. But I reckon,

having seen Raygun, maybe he could qualify. Perhaps. I don't know. But the point is this Raygun lady was quite amazing and also reminded me of when I was a lot younger, I used to have this
