Happy New Year. Yeah, likewise, man. Any New Year's resolutions?

You know, I don't really do New Year's resolutions.

No, why not?

I guess I feel like if I ever have a goal, I'm just going to set it right then.

Not going to wait until New Year's, you know?

I do love the December, like everybody putting off all of their like, oh, I'm going to be

back on the keto diet soon.

And I'm like, as they're eating, you know, just just whatever shit they should not be eating

pumpkin pie and it's like I'm gonna I'm gonna be back on the keto diet it's like oh yeah

because you're waiting for the new year to start your new shit. That's a good point.

Well, I also, that has just been my general trend, but to support this, I was just

listening to this book called UnFuck Yourself by Gary John Bishop.

And one thing that he said that I thought was interesting is that, well the whole book I think,

I just started listening to it is about... is that

which I hadn't really paid attention to but he's like

everyone talks to themselves and in fact the majority

of the things that you say to that you say every day is actually stuff in your head that

you're saying to yourself.
