What's up everyone? This is the debrie with Pastor Matt Brown and Melody Workman who will be hanging out with us. We're so glad to have you. We're going to be talking a little bit why she's on here. But all that's coming up on, everybody.

And honestly, we are excited because we have a special guest in the house.

Come on, somebody. Yes. And her name is

Melody Workman. Melody is the executive director of story and experience here. Melody, can you tell us,

first of all, what that actually means? Yes, can you tell me what that actually? Yes, yes. Well,

in a lot of churches, they

might call that creative director. We actually went with story and experience because the teams

that I get to oversee, we believe that we tell stories and create experiences that draw people

to Jesus. So that's through the weekend services. That's video, graphic design, communications, worship production.

So we sort of, we put all of the things together that help really execute our weekend

services, online services we have input in there.

Pretty much anything that you see your read from sandals is coming through those teams.

And they're awesome people. Yes, they are. I have the best job. And I'm not just saying that

because you're here. I really believe that. She's the best boss. Awesome. Of all time.

which I've seen in the last six months,

I'm so impressed. I've seen a lot of individuals lead, but your leadership is impeccable.
