1:53.0	the mexican states are shaded with various colors directly bordering texas the uh mexican state of
1:59.1	tamal tapalopas probably misproncing that, is shaded in a very deep red.
2:04.1	And that deep shade of red is a level four travel advisory, which is the highest level that the State Department is able to give any country.
