I'm at home. Cool, how's home treat near these days? It's good. My fridge is mostly empty and so I've been eating

yogurt and bananas and carrots and apples today.

Nice. I too have been eating some apple today and drinking coffee.

Okay.

Mm-hmm.

Wait, do you even drink coffee bed?

I have had it on occasion.

I don't know that it helps me.

So I don't necessarily feel any more awake when I drink it. And then like on occasion I've had a lot

because I felt like oh, I'm tired and this stuff doesn't work for me,

so I'm gonna make a lot of it.

And then my hands start shaking.

I'm like, this, none of this is good for me.

So I'm just kind of like out of here.

But you need it sometimes to balance out if you OD on melatonin.

You have to have some of both, right?

Yeah, I don't know.

Yeah, that's right. I I can I can chow down on

melatonin doesn't seem to have much of an impact either so I don't know what's
