This was the Clinton-era law that had been mostly dormant for the past two decades.

Then Merrick Garland took over the DOJ and the FACE Act was used to prosecute dozens of Christians who demonstrated in front of abortion clinics.

And in some cases, as you remember, as we talked about it on the show, pro-life demonstrators woke up to SWAT teams outside their homes. Meanwhile, the DOJ ignored

the violent attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers, and this was just a ruthless series of

prosecutions that targeted Christians, including elderly women in their 80s, and threatened them

with, you know, 10 years in federal prison or more. But there's another element of the
