But not only do we get to hear from Pastor Matt, normally on a debrief, we also have

invited Bishop A.B. Vines.

And so Bishop A.B. Vines, who's actually hanging out with us virtually,

Bishop A.B. Vines is the senior pastor of New Seasons Church in San Diego, California, serving multiple campuses through the ministry. He has established a global church planting ministry called New Seasons Church Global Network. He served as the president of the California Southern Baptist Convention and is former president of the National African American Fellowship of the Southern Baptist Convention, and he's part of the ERLC.

He also served as the first vice president of the Southern Baptist Convention, and he holds a degree in psychology, a master's degree

in pastoral counseling, and a doctorate degree in ministry. Would you please give a warm,

deep welcome to Bishop, Dr. Elder, Reverend A. B. Vines. Yes. That's why he likes me, because

he has a degree in psychology. He can handle me. He knows

he knows how to deal with it. So A.B. What do I got to do to be a bishop? Come on. Right.

How does a white guy, how does a white guy become a bishop? Come on. Well, check it out, man. You literally

are there because you have multiple churches. You just got to get someone that affirmed Searcy. You know, Bishop is overseer of mobile churches.

You are one. I know, you know, listen, my elder board pushed this on me. I wasn't, I wasn't game for it.

And it's a long start. I won't go with, but, you know, I didn't want to do it. It's not something you go for, something that you receive. Yeah, see, that's what he's saying.

My problem is I'm going for it.
