Total money makeover. That's right. Those who know, no. Drop it. Those who've gone through it,

no. And those who've picked up the book now. And I like this level of preview, far more than

the other one, even though you should still listen to the other one, because this is where it gets to the practical part. Like, this is what you do. The other one is more like theory. This is why.

Here's the myths. Here's what's true. And now we're getting to the very difficult tasks.

Yeah. Now, these are very difficult tasks. The nice thing is they're simple. One of the things I always

started- Wait, you just said they're difficult, but they're simple. They're simple. No, absolutely. One of the things I used to start my class with every year,

like one of my favorite writing prompts that I'd have students do, like day one was I'd make them

right. What's the difference between easy and simple? Right. And I'd make them describe the differences.

And, you know, usually I can like tease out of students that something can be simple, like running.

Running is simple, right? It's one foot in front of the other, right foot, then your left foot.

It's like the simplest thing you can do. It's not a difficult concept, but is it easy? Right. And

there's a difference there. Something can be simple, but it can be very challenging. And so the steps that we're

going to talk about today, these very practical steps can be very, very challenging. In fact,

I think that's the reason why he starts the book and with our first level of review for this

book, we discuss so much of the myths and the beliefs people have because you kind of have to

tear down the foundations of where people are, what their thought process is

on finances. Because as he says, and we're going to start with Chapter 5 today, as he talks about

in Chapter 5, is there is, the problem is most people are financially ignorant. And ignorant

doesn't mean, as he describes, that you're not smart.

It just means you don't know. You don't understand. And it's not because you're not capable of
