back when I lived in New York this was like one of the worst days of the year, always the worst day, because it was the summer was over and everything was going back to normal and you knew the good weather was only going to be around for so much longer.

But now that I live in the great state of Florida, it's summer all the time.

So I don't have that same impact of, oh my God, it's Labor Labor Day I can't believe it's coming to an

end but for many of you who are listening to us around the country yes summer has

unofficially come to an end and that's why I tell you you should be saving your money,

you should put in a house up for sale

if you don't live in Florida,

and you should come to this great state.
