Hello, Bravehearts, how is everyone doing?

I am sending you so much love during this time. I really wanted to do

some sort of New Year's episode, but I kept coming back to this idea of new energy that really

takes place at the start of any new chapter in your life. And I thought that this message for all of you might be better for any time you're starting a new chapter, not necessarily a new chapter in your life. And I thought that this message for all of you might be better for

any time you're starting a new chapter, not necessarily a new year. Now, when this comes out,

maybe you're listening to it, you know, during the new year. But if not, you're most likely

going into or maybe have already started this new chapter of your life.

And I'd love to just provide you some words of inspiration or really a reminder of who you are

that maybe you have forgotten.

So let's get started.

I want to talk about chapters.

So when we start a new chapter in a book, I've noticed that rarely

do we ever hesitate, right? We turn the page and we dive right into the next chapter. And most

of the time we're eagerly excited to see what's about to happen. And of course, sometimes we pause

and we fold the corner on the page and,

you know, we don't move into the next one right away. We let that last chapter digest and

come back to it at a later time. Regardless, though, we rarely go back and reread the last 10 pages

of the last chapter or reread that last chapter 17 times.
