Hey, everybody, Tom Woods here. Great episode for you today, but I want to tell you

before I forget, because I'm afraid I will forget about the episode that's coming up tomorrow.

Oh my goodness. I got two people who are not exactly shy in front of a microphone. Come on and

talk about their competing views of the economy right now, and what's likely to happen

in the coming months and years as a result in particular of the policies enacted

in response to the COVID-19 problem. And on the one hand, we've got Gene Epstein. You know,

Gene very well. He is a former economics and book review editor at Barons. He was senior economist

of the New York Stock Exchange for a long time. He's taught economics. He's got all kinds of experience.

And he has a somewhat more bullish view in the short run than David Stockman does. David

Stockman was the director of the Office of Management and Budget in the Reagan administration.

And he has been sounding all kinds of alarm bells recently about what's been going on with

federal policy and what the Federal Reserve has been up to. So I got the two of them on together.

And I'll just say this, I was shocked at some sparks that flew. I did not think that was going to

happen. But anyway, so you're definitely going to want to hear that one. Definitely going to
