You want that cheese snack. Yeah. The one you steal from your kids' lunchbox, perfectly round, cheesy and baked to perfection.

The one you hide on the top shelf so your short game can't reach.

The one you keep in your glove box for traffic jams? Or just because? You're thinking of mini-cheddars.

Oh, did it just make it worse by mentioning

it? Sorry, go on. Give in, I would. Mini-cheddars baked with real cheese. Still thinking about it,

aren't you? Having those flights going to Rwanda would have meant that we would have had fewer

people claiming asylum arriving here illegally, and that would

have reduced the cost to cost.

Hello, and welcome to The Trawl, where we scroll through social media so you don't have to.

I'm Marina Perkis.

And I'm Gemma Forte, and it's another jam-packed week here at The Trawl.

But before we dive in, I think we have to note that this morning, Marina and I are completely reeling from events in Southport. As I'm sure you all know by now, three little girls tragically lost their lives when a depraved murderer decided to go into their child care centre,

wherever it was, it's the summer holidays, and they were dancing around to Taylor Swift

and so on and commit this violent atrocity. Southport is grieving. There are more children injured and there are care workers as well,

childcare workers at the centre who were completely heroic and so on and so forth.

So while anybody who is a sentient human being is trying to process what happened and is

understanding that Southport needs to grieve and get through this trauma in whatever way

they possibly can, certain individuals on the far right decided to do something different.

They decided to exploit this event in order to peddle their own toxic, disgusting agendas.

And a name was going around on the internet that was, by all accounts, completely made up.
